SENIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEER, Thomson Consumer Electronics, Inc. Los Angeles CA, June 92 – June 94. In a team environment, designed, implemented, tested, documented and supported a variety of tools and applications using object-oriented methodologies. Developed algorithms for MPEG video compression and image processing for which patent was granted. Developed tools and real time simulations to support embedded systems development using C, C++, yacc and lex in a UNIX and PC environment to support DirectTV development. Tools included a multiple target cross assembler, linker and compiler. Developed tools, simulations and applications to support interactive television on digital satellite receivers such as DirectTV.

In both a team and individual environment, as project leader, designed, implemented, tested, documented and support a variety of custom software project for engineering clients.
